Founded at the Salvage Vanguard Theater in 2008 by longtime Austin Improviser Shana Merlin, The Merlin Works Institute for Improvisation teaches improv comedy classes in shortform (think: Whose Line Is It Anyways?) and narrative longform improv (think: Curb Your Enthusiasm.)
