The Austin Public Library (APL) and VSA Texas (the state organization on arts and disability) present a showcase of Veteran musicians! Library Live is an APL program that features free musical performances for the Austin community. VSA Texas challenges perceptions of how people contribute by creating an arts-inspired, inclusive community of individuals with diverse abilities.
