In 1969, in rural Lincoln, Illinois, a private investigator named Jerry Labinowicz documented on micro-cassette tapes his investigations into a series of unexplained pet deaths over the course of 20 years.
These 50-year-old cassettes were recently uncovered, and this audio-documentary examines these tapes as Jerry unravels a mystery in real time.
