Services for the Elderly

Services are provided through various funding sources. Although SFTE provides attendant care under the auspices of several different programs, the tasks which are provided are identical. They can include personal assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming including routine hair and skin care. Additional tasks which can be authorized include meal preparation and feeding, toileting, transfer assistance, light cleaning, laundry, shopping, escort, exercising, and assistance with self administered medications. The following programs differ, not in the tasks which are provided, but in eligibility.
