Laura Poe lives in New York and has played a variety of roles in theater and film,. Her writing and producing experience came with the ensemble show Your Name Here- a satirical look at the funeral industry in which she played Martha Stewart teaching you how to make your own casket. Poe lived in Austin for 10 years and was a devout participant in the Austin theater scene where she was honored to be a part of Cat On A Hot Tin Roof, Reckless, Fool for Love, Cloud 9, Prelude To A Kiss, Translations and Libba Bray’s High Hopes and Heavy Sweatshirts. Her film and TV credits include Arlington Road, All the Pretty Horses, Stars Fell on Henrietta, The Good Old Boys, Law and Order SVU and Love Monkey.
