Lost Pines Art Center

The Lost Pines Art Center is a non-profit organization providing arts and cultural experiences for all ages. Located in historic downtown Bastrop, we have an expansive two story gallery, showing over 100 artists at any given time. You can visit our “Silo District” on the back lawn; a collection of 4 historic silos, one of which is currently run as our glassblowing studio.  We frequently offer classes and demonstrations in glassblowing for the public, ages 14 and up. We also offer music and dance shows, poetry readings and art meet up groups. You can take workshops from beginner level to skilled artist, in several mediums through the year. Enjoy one of our festivals and art markets, such as Bastrop Art Fest each November, and our Holiday Art Bazaar in December.

Our mission is to promote artists and all forms of art through culturally diverse programs and opportunities. We stay connected with our community, and love to welcome out of town guests who can discover all that Bastrop has to offer.
