Bright, practical, intelligent, and rational; these Virgo composers took American music on a new journey that forever set its path. During the 2017-2018 season, “Dal Segno” we expose the horoscope signs of quintessential chamber music composers, combining stories of their personalities with chamber works that exude their most expressive traits. Virgo Veritas features works by Dvorak, Gershwin, and Amy Beach, performed by the Aeolus Quartet and Michelle Schumann.
