Tough Nissi

This short and positive 40-minute documentary features Nissi Salazar, a spunky Texan with cerebral palsy–as she trains and competes in a Tough Mudder race. After the screening, Nissi and the film’s creator, Ben Toalson, will both be in attendance to answer questions.

Nissi has been in a wheelchair most of her life, is an active member of her local community, and encourages people with disabilities to not allow their conditions to define them.
