“Rach Star II” brings the ASO debut of Michelle Cann performing the always popular Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto No. 2 in C Minor.
Your Austin Symphony Orchestra has your February entertainment covered with a performance of Sergei Rachmaninoff’s beloved Piano Concerto No. 2 in C Minor.
The evening will also include pieces by Franz Schubert, Ludwig van Beethoven and conclude with Joseph Schwantner’s breathtaking New Morning for the World. The work contains text from a speech by Martin Luther King Jr. during the civil rights movement. It will be narrated by Austin’s beloved bass vocalist, Donnie Ray Albert.

Ticket prices range from $19 to $100 – seating is available on balconies, mezzanine, parterre, as well as orchestra and pit seating.
