Next Generation: Youth Leadership & Environmentalism

In the next installment of the Parks Summit Series, Austin Parks Foundation is putting the spotlight on the next generation of leaders in environmentalism. Austinites are invited to join Austin Parks Foundation as they chat with Asvini Thivakaran, award-winning environmental activist and 5th-grade student at Brushy Creek Elementary, about her mission to save the environment, how kids can get involved in big and small ways, and how APF’s Little Hummingbird Society is helping get kids engaged in protecting Austin’s parks and the planet.
