There will be Iced Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce, Bagel and Lox and a CARVING STATION serving Roasted Prime Rib and Leg of Lamb with Apple Apricot Compote. In addition, Short Rib with Crispy Onions and Bordelaise Sauce; Hotel Cut Herb Marinated Chicken with Braised Carrots, Pearl Onions and Marsala Mushroom Chicken Jus; Saffron Bouillabaisse with Clams, Bay Scallops, Shrimp and Cod; and Roasted Garlic Linguini are on the menu. THE IRRESISTIBLE DESSERT BUFFET features Danishes, Assorted Pastries, Assorted Cakes, Cookies and Brownies.

On Mother’s Day, the resort’s JC Smokehouse will be closed, and Old 290 Brewery & Restaurant will be open for Mother’s Day Brunch only.
