We’ve combined our current wellness programs and added a meditation class for a full day of FREE outdoor wellness activities that will connect: MIND. BODY. EARTH.
All Ages and Levels welcome! Refreshments (paletas, fruit, water) and a 10 minute cool-down between each class. There will be giveaways for attendees.
