Elisabet Ney's Nature Day!

On February 20 from 1 to 4 pm, local artists Barbara Attwell, Jade Walker, and Delilah Knuckley will do nature arts demos. We’ll also have an activity led by the Austin Nature and Science Center, and a guided video tour of the Ney’s historic prairie and diverse ecosystem. This event will really wow kids and adults alike!
Elisabet Ney was a devout naturalist, drawing inspiration from her resolutely native natural surroundings. It’s changed some–it’s in a city now(!)–but there’s still a ton of inspiration to find and share!
