BACK TO BASICS DANCEHALL W/ CELEBRITY CHOREOGRAPHER JAE BLAZE

This month’s Pon Di Beat class features two jammed packed high energy dance and dance fitness classes from world renowned choreographer and artistic director, Jae Blaze! We hope to see you for this event and for the rest of the 2019 Pon Di Beat series.

BACK TO BASICS DANCEHALL is a 90 minute dancehall fundamentals class with an in depth focus on essential techniques required to execute Dancehall grooves and steps.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR:

JAE BLAZE is the Artistic Director behind Kanye West hit video “Fade” starring Teyana Taylor. She has over 20+ years experience molding and choreographing amazing bodies like Rihanna, Kelly Rowland, Fergie, Nicole Sherzinger, Selena Gomez and JoJo to name a few.

Other credits include touring and choreographing for Black Eye Peas, Latin Grammys for Will Smith, nominated for Best Choreography for Sean Paul, SuperBowl Halftime Show, and the Grammys. In 2017 she won the MTV award for “Best Choreography In A Music Video.”

WHAT IS PON DI BEAT:

Pon Di Beat brings the best Dancehall and Afrobeat dance and dance fitness to Texas in 2019. Every month top choreographers in Dancehall and Afrobeat styles are coming to Texas to give you 2 jam packed all levels classes! Classes will take place in Austin and Houston Texas!
