Annual Student Holiday Concert

Groundwork Music Project’s Director, Neal Kassanoff, returns from Austin’s Sister City (Angers, France) having learned and written new material that has been well received by kids and adults on both sides of the pond. Students and professional musicians will join to together to bring you a mix of our familiar originals, and lots of new songs that are easy to enjoy, and easy to sing, no matter what your native language may be.

This event is a capstone of Groundwork’s partnership with City of Austin Cultural Arts Division, and students from over a dozen schools will attend and participate. The event also happens to fall on St. Nicholas Day, a French Holiday celebration that honors the generous gift giving spirit of the holiday’s namesake.
