As part of the Texas Book Festival, Torch Literary Arts (Torch) will kick off their events with readings by renowned authors Rachel Eliza Griffiths and Vievee Francis on Friday, November 10 at the George Washington Carver Museum, at 7pm.
If you’re in town for the Texas Book Festival, don’t forget to attend some of Torch’s events! Our events kick off Friday at 7pm at the Carver Museum with a book reading by both Vievee Francis and Rachel Eliza Griffiths. The next day, you can join the two authors at the Texas Capitol at 12 noon in the Capitol Extension Room E2.010 (1100 Congress Avenue), and attend our Torch Lit Crawl Showcase at Vintage Books & Wine at 7pm.
