The Austin Jazz Workshop welcomes Emerging Jazz Talent to a series of monthly jam sessions, open to middle and high school jazz students.

EMJATA (Emerging Jazz Talent) is an opportunity for middle and high school jazz students to sit in with professional musicians from the Austin Jazz Workshop. Enjoy some great swing tunes at Central Market’s Cafe!

The EMJATA Series takes place ONCE A MONTH on the last Sunday of each month, from noon to 3:00 p.m.  No need for students to sign up ahead of time, just show up and sign in!
