Puerto Ricans are known for their joyful spirit, and this celebration marks the culmination of holiday festivities that begin in November and extend until the end of January. Embrace the Puerto Rican spirit through a Parranda singalong, company and junior performances, and dance for all. Los Reyes Magos will be making a special appearance, delighting children with gifts. The celebration is a culmination of Puerto Rican holiday traditions, spanning from November to January.

The Puerto Rican Cultural Center (PRCC) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) whose mission since 1997 is to promote cultural awareness and pride through performing arts programs and cultural events based on Puerto Rican folklore, history, and living traditions — dance, music, community theater, ancestral fighting arts, and Indigenous Taíno heritage. It’s the only center in Texas and the Southwest affiliated with Puerto Rico’s Instituto de Cultura Puertorriqueña (Institute of Puerto Rican Culture) for ongoing programming that cannot otherwise be experienced in this region.

This Reyes event is supported in part by the Sons of Borikén! Our 2024 season of cultural outreach is sponsored in part by Six Square, the Texas Commission on the Arts with the National Endowment for the Arts, and the City of Austin Economic Development Department.
