Programs offered at Metz Recreation Center are a wide variety for both youth and adults. Programs include arts and crafts, sports, workshops, after-school tutoring, cooking and karate. Adult programs include weight-training, sports leagues, ceramics and special workshops. Annual special events include the KVUE Community Picnic, Menudo and Salsa Cook Off, Thanksgiving Community Dinner, Kids Holiday Party and Easter Egg Hunt.
