This elegant and intimate theater at Austin’s George Washington Carver Museum and Cultural Center is dedicated to the late African-American community leader, actor, singer and theatre pioneer, Boyd Vance. Boyd worked tirelessly to address social issues such as HIV/AIDS, gay rights, racial, and economic equality. He also inspired many young people to participate in the arts.
