Bedgood sought to address and have fun with long-lived myths of Texas. Images of cowboy hats and “big hair” are etched into restroom mirrors enticing travelers to try on these legendary looks. Metal medallions with images of real people, objects and animals of Texas with topics like the origins of cowboy lore, and the blood-squirting horny toad are installed over drinking fountains in the concourse area.
