Moments

Moments is an enhancement project for an underpass below a railroad and a vehicular bridge that includes: solar-powered blue lights that shine at night; sequential reflective signs that glow in response to headlights and are mounted at 8-degree rotations; and a random painting of squares along the existing grid squares of the retaining walls.
