Dance in the Classroom brings a weekly pre-ballet lesson directly to students on their school campus. This program is led by Toni Bravo, long-time faculty member at the Ballet Austin Academy.  Available dates:

Scheduling Dance in the Classroom at a new campus is based off the availability of our instructors and the needs of the school. Currently, classes take place Monday- Wednesday at the various campuses we serve.

 Available times:

Class times vary depending on campus schedules.

Length of program: 45 minutes
Space / technical requirements:

The class requires a space large enough for the students to move in. A dance room, gym, or cafeteria is preferred.

Location(s):

Dance in the Classroom currently serves Blackshear Elementary Fine Arts Academy.

Fees / Ticketing:

This program is provided at no cost to the students thanks to funding secured by Ballet Austin.
