Texas Folklife is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year as a statewide folk & traditional arts non-profit organization, dedicated to preserving and presenting the diverse cultures and living heritage of The Lone Star State. Texas Folklife produces programs throughout the state that bring Texas traditions to life for new generations, including: Performances , Community Residencies, Exhibitions, Education Programs & Curriculum Materials, Apprenticeships in the Folk & Traditional Arts, Radio and television projects.

This project is funded and supported in part by a grant from the Texas Commission on the Arts and in part by the City of Austin Economic Growth & Redevelopment Services Office/Cultural Arts Division believing an investment in the Arts is an investment in Austin’s future.
