Abby Payne joined SailPoint and was instrumental in creating the company’s human resources department, including staffing, global compensation and benefits programs, performance appraisal systems, and employee development initiatives. Her strong drive to recruit, support, and retain the best talent in the industry has helped make SailPoint a leader in IAM. 

Enabling fast-growing companies through talent strategy is in Abby’s DNA. Prior to SailPoint, Abby held various human resources positions, including ten years at Trilogy, comprehensive acquisition work with Versata Software, and additional time at BMC Software  and IntelliQuest.  

Abby holds a BBA in Management from the University of Texas at Austin.
