A unique Easter Weekend outing is on tap in our historic Wessels Hall: An Egg Hunt for Adults. At night. With flashlights.

Mark your calendars: Saturday, April 15. The cool shindig runs from 8-10:30 p.m.

The evening will feature the hip band The Swingsters, plus all-American eats and beer and wine, all in a historic dance hall that will make you feel like you’re back in the days of Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys.

Then there’s the Easter Egg Hunt for adults only, with lots of eggs filled with prizes, gift certificates, and take-home surprises much better than the ones you got in your eggs as kids. More than $2,500 in prizes will be up for grabs, from a variety of sponsors. Bring your flashlights and Easter baskets, and be ready to scramble.

An egg-hunting quick meal is included, just before the flashlight searching begins. Afterward, there’s dancing and drinks.
