F is For Freedom explores the continual struggle for freedom in America. It is a response to the nation’s lack of radical reform in the face of horrible brutalities taking the lives of innocent Black men, women, and children every day. It embodies and personifies struggle, freedom, democracy, and activism. F is for Freedom is presented as part of the Cohen New Works Festival. The Festival, produced by The University of Texas at Austin Department of Theatre and Dance and sponsored by Broadway Bank, premieres 38 new student-made projects April 10-14, 2017.
