Free Camera Phone Photo Salon! Part III

Free Camera Phone Photo Salon! Part III

Presented by Elisabet Ney Museum at Elisabet Ney Museum

Everyone can take beautiful photos with smartphones. Shelley Wood and the Elisabet Ney Museum will show you how!

Each camera phone demonstration will begin with a discussion covering shooting tips and an assignment to capture images around the grounds–wildflowers, pollinators, water, sky, people, architecture, and more. After photographing, Shelley will demo image enhancement from her smart phone–and yours–with her favorite free photo editing apps for iPhone and Android.

Using your images, learn to remove sneaky content like telephone poles; make adjustments to specific areas of your image; diminish facial blemishes and wrinkles; adjust contrast, brightness and color to the entire image or selectively; and much more, without Photoshop.

Adults, tweens, and teens are welcome to attend. Note: Space is limited. Prompt arrival is a must to ensure the full experience. Come with your phone fully charged. Like the Drawing Salons, the class is free.

NOTE: You don’t need to have attended the first workshop, which happened on March 11, to attend or enjoy this one.

To make the most of your time, download these free apps prior to the start time:
