Black Fret is a 501(c)3 public charity that provides grants and mentoring to some of Austin’s finest popular local musicians. Our SXSW Showcase occurs Friday 3/17 and Saturday 3/18 from noon – 5pm each day. All bands performing are local Austin bands, many of whom are Black Fret Artists or Nominees.
