Public Art Tour: Art & Architecture of UT

Public Art Tour: Art & Architecture of UT

Presented by Landmarks, the public art program of The University of Texas at Austin at Perry-Castañeda Library

Curious about UT’s master plan and how some of its iconic buildings came to be? Join Landmarks on Sunday, March 5 at 11 a.m. for a docent-led walking tour of the public art collection and learn how the works respond to the surrounding architecture.

Meet your docent, a student in the School of Architecture, at Joel Perlman’s Square Tilt at the entrance to the Perry-Castañeda Library on 21st and Speedway. Construction around campus can be frustrating! Park at the Brazos Garage for the clearest route to the meeting location.

Free and open to the public. Tours are held rain or shine; please dress accordingly.
