History of Television: David Zellner presents THE LITTLEST HOBO

History of Television: David Zellner presents THE LITTLEST HOBO

Presented by Austin Film Society at Austin Public

From 1979 to 1985 a very curious show aired on Canadian television. THE LITTLEST HOBO featured a nameless German Shepherd dog who wanders the countryside, stopping in a different place every episode, much like THE FUGITIVE and changing the hearts and minds of different weekly guest stars. It’s strange, but not unaffecting. Filmmaker David Zellner, a LITTLEST HOBO superfan, will join us to introduce a pair of episodes and discuss the show.
