Chaski presents “Día de los Muertos: Music about Life and Death” with traditional music from Latin America to celebrate All Saints’ Day. Join Chaski as we celebrate the lives of our loved ones the Latino way—through art and compassion—with music mostly from México, Bolivia, Perú, Venezuela, and Argentina. Come hear the panpipes, folk flutes, harp, guitar, charango, and more as we honor the spirits of our beloved departed friends and family through music. Chaski guitarist and charanguista Dan Dickey joins harpist Shana Norton and flutist Adrienne Inglis. Bonus: the program includes the world premiere of Feathers for flute and lever harp by Adrienne Inglis.
