On November 11th & 12th AFS joins in the celebrations of Angers Week, a week of French culture in Austin celebrating our sister city relationship with the Loire Valley city of Angers, France, with two exciting screenings. On Friday night, we’ll screen an new Angers favorite, VINCENT, a distinctly French fantasy comedy about a young man who gains magical powers in water. The film was a favorite of the Angers’ Premiers Plans festival and will be introduced by Premiers Plans director, Xavier Massé. The film will be preceded by a short.
