Austin, Texas – Latinas Unidas Por El Arte (LUPE Arte) holds it’s Girls’ Leadership and Art Career Workshop on Saturday, September 24, 2016 from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM at Brooke Elementary located at 3100 E 4th St, Austin, TX 78702.  The girl attendees will explore diverse ways of positive self-expression and interact with professional artists. The artists will share their entrepreneurial experiences and leadership styles.  The FREE workshop is for 60+ girls between the ages of 10 and 14 featuring artists in the fields of Theater Acting, Music, Storytelling and Dance.  Lunch will be provided.

The event is sponsor by the Cultural Arts Division of the City of Austin Economic Development Department.
