The Rose is an improvised, elimination style comedy show based on the hit TV series The Bachelor. Longtime viewers of series like The Bachelor know that things get spicy when contestants who were “here for the right reasons” show their true colors. This improvised parody lets its seasoned performers find joy in the absurdity of reality TV romance.

Love blossoms through “The Rose” colored glasses, as host Nathan Harrison (played by Nathan Sowell) presents ColdTowne’s finest improvisers, all vying to win the ultimate prizes: the affection and the attention of one handsome bachelor or bombshell bachelorettes and a flower.

They say ‘Love takes time,’ but this special show manages to bloom all the romance of a 12-week network TV series in one hour.  Each show includes a full season of romantic trappings: from meeting the contestants to group dates, dramatic testimonials, and much more.
