The 12th Dam Chili Cook Off is an event benefiting the San Marcos Youth Services Bureau, a non-profit, 501(c) that provides after school and summer programs free to youth ages 11 to 17 in San Marcos, TX. YSB provides homework assistance, mentoring and good, clean, fun! This is the 41st year that YSB has served the youth of San Marcos. There will over 40 entries in the cook off vying for the top 10 awards! There will also be a silent auction and live music all day! Tastings available from competitors after chilies are turned into judges while they last.
