For Easter dining pleasures for the whole family and tables of friends, Carter Creek’s annual celebratory brunch will be set up in Old 290 Brewery & Restaurant with open seating indoors and outdoors. BREAKFAST SPECIALTIES offered are French Toast, Omelet Station, Biscuits and Gravy, Smoked Applewood Bacon and Sausage. SEASONAL FRUIT & SALADS are Fruit and Melon Platter, Assorted Baby Greens, Orzo Salad with baby mozzarella, Orange Scented Cous Cous with dried cranberry and citrus vinaigrette and Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad with fried capers and dates. FRESH SEAFOOD includes Chilled Shrimp and Mussels served with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges and Bagels and Lox with traditional condiments. From the CARVING STATION, there are Roasted Prime Rib au jus with horseradish cream and Roasted Leg of Lamb served with apple apricot compote. To please everyone, the DESSERT STATION will have Danishes, Assorted Breakfast Breads, Assorted Pastries and Cakes, Cookies and Brownies.

$75 per person for the Easter Brunch; $37.50 for children ages six to 12, kids five and under eat free. “Tableside” sangria or michelada pitcher is $30 add-on. Reservations are available via Open Table
