This exhibition is a retrospective of Brian “Bydeeman” Joseph’s body of work as an artist for the last 30 years.  On display will be his very first painting, “de bydee man is coming,” to his most recent works.  It is a journey that catalogs how he has created unique, positive and colorful art to promote different subjects such as education, community, diversity, self-esteem, family, children, peace, love and friendship.  His passion to bring happiness through his art can be summed up in one word; BYDEE (Bringing You Delightful Entertaining Experiences).  His stylized art reflects his Trinidadian roots as well as his artistic and free spirited Austin experiences. This event is a celebration of HOPE for all, and especially the East Austin community, as we feel encouraged to move forward together in unity.
