Our 2016/17 season opens in anticipation of Ballet Austin’s first-ever tour of the People’s Republic of China in the fall of 2016. Be first to see two of Artistic Director Stephen Mills’ handpicked selections (Wolftantz and Liminal Glam) for this cultural exchange and relish another performance first, as Mills brings esteemed American choreographer Lar Lubovitch and his contemporary ballet, Dvo?ák Serenade, to Austin. Composers Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Philip Glass round out the soundtrack of this masterful start to our new season and important send off for our company of professional dancers as they take Austin ingenuity around the world!
