Explore the diversity of Texas food culture in this unique dining experience at the Neill-Cochran House Museum. Tasting Texas: Historic Foodways is a new series of dining experiences at the Museum showcasing acclaimed local chefs and highlighting Texas food culture.
For Fall Harvest, Chef Damien Brockway presents a menu inspired by seasonal autumn ingredients of the Lone Star State. Under the stars in our Centennial Courtyard, diners will enjoy a three-course dinner prepared specifically for this event and hear the chef tell the history and significance behind each dish.
