Join us Wednesday, October 26th at Vista Brewing’s Driftwood ranch for a beer pairing dinner experience featuring German-style brews and food. The food menu and German beer flight were so popular at our Oktoberfest party, we wanted to share them in an elevated pairing dinner. Prost, y’all!
Vista’s Executive Chef Kyle Barker and Sous Chef Darnell Beckett have created a multi-course German farm-to-table menu featuring produce sourced from our own onsite farm, managed by Vista’s Farmer Noël Lopreore. Each course is expertly paired with German brews from Brewmaster Daniel Heisler.
This special menu celebrates the German heritage of Central Texas and is also a labor of love for our Sous Chef Darnell, who spent six of his formative years in Germany. He has combined his passion for cooking amazing farm-to-table food with his authentic German experience.
We’ll begin the evening at 6:30 p.m. with a welcome beer and bite and gather around farmhouse tables for a three course meal. All bottles and Crowlers will be available to take home at a special discount for ticketholders.
