This August, the Alamo Drafthouse and the Long Center will celebrate our love for the movie trilogy that changed so many of our lives for the better, with this incredibly rare screening of the original 1997 special edition versions of A NEW HOPE, THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK and THE RETURN OF THE JEDI. We’re hoping to see crowds of people dressed in their finest Jedi robes or Galactic Empire uniforms, so start working on your costumes now (or just dust off your favorite from your collection). Live emcees from the Alamo’s team will host costume contests and trivia games, and we’ll have photographers on hand to capture all of the excitement.
