Two sisters try to reunite on the Day of the Dead. Along the way, Rosita follows familiar sights, sounds and smells on her quest to find Conchita. Kids of all ages will love the rhyming bilingual dialogue, music, puppetry and images. Based on the award-winning children’s book Rosita y Conchita by Erich Haeger and Eric González.
En esta adaptación imaginativa del libro infantil Rosita y Conchita de Erich Haeger y Eric González, dos hermanas tratan de reunirse en el día de los muertos. A lo largo del camino Rosita se sigue perdiendo, pero milagrosamente encuentra su camino a Conchita a través de sonidos y imágenes familiares. Todas las edades se disfrutarán del diálogo bilingüe y las imágenes impresionantes.
Created and Performed October 2016 at Austin Scottish Rite Theater in collaboration with Megan Ortiz, Gricelda Silva, Jesus Valles, Alexis Herrera, Chris Ledesma, Peter Mendoza, and Susan Gayle Todd.
