Presenting MEET HER HANDS, a new Summer evening series featuring Austin women artists in a discussion about their work, held on the banks of Waller Creek, the location of Elisabet Ney’s famous salons.

The second MEET HER HANDS artist will be ARIELLE AUSTIN. Austin’s work explores the intimate relationship between subject and viewer with layers, texture and details, drawing the viewer in for a closer look – to become intimate with the piece, resembling our own human nature and desire. She works primarily with paint, non-traditional materials and dried flowers. Austin hopes the viewer find a bit of themselves in each piece.
