DANC 2145 Course # 05382

My class is designed for all level movers. We will explore ways of connecting the mind to the body that is fun, accessible, and easy to understand. Class will be a safe place to move through space gently guided by activities, exercises, and explorations. We will begin each class with warm-up and conditioning, followed by short improvisation “games” and finish with longer studies. The course will conclude with a personal improv movement project shared in class.
