In rural Texas, a Filipino teen longs to make her mark on the world of country music. When an unexpected opportunity comes her way, she must make a choice between upholding her family’s traditions or leaving them all behind to pursue her lifelong aspiration. Directed by Diane Paragas, and staring Eva Noblezada, Princess Punzalan, Dale Watson, Liam Booth, and Lea Salonga, Yellow Rose was one of the first Filipino-American films to be released by a major Hollywood studio for theatrical release. “Heartfelt. This event is free! Registration is required for film screening. Grab your cowboy boots and hats and join us for a great evening; you can hang your hat on that one.

Preshow party starts at 6:30pm. The screening of Yellow Rose will begin at 7:30pm. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the screening starts. No-show tickets will be released 5 minutes before the film begins at 7:25pm.
