The 19th Annual Inside Out Steelband Festival will feature internationally known steel pan artist Leon Foster Thomas performing alongside 75 students from the Bowie High School and McCallum High School steel band programs. They will present a diverse program of popular calypso, soca, rock and classical music, including one of Thomas’ challenging Panorama arrangements from a past New York Steelband Panorama competition.
