The Game of Life: What if your whole life changed when someone drew a card?

An improvised musical comedy based the spins, twists, and cards of the classic board game Life.

Choose career or college! Buy a house! Start a new psychiatric medicine! Go to night school! Payday! Have a baby! Get fired! Go through a midlife crisis! Pay taxes!

It could have all happened in one night when you played Hasbro’s The Game of Life board game with your pals.

And now, it’s all happening all onstage as an improvised, musical comedy!

Enjoy watching the Improv troupe who brought you Pink is the New Black and The Secret Lives of Soccer Moms bring the famous board game to life and see how those little pink and blue peg people navigate the twists and turns of unpredictable events in this totally improvised musical. The Game of Life by Girls Girls Girls is on Friday and Saturday nights at 8:00PM April 15 – April 30, 2016 at the Institution Theater.

“We chose the Game of Life show format this year to challenge ourselves to make deeper, emotional storylines and songs as our characters  live through the ups and downs of Life… all determined by a draw of a playing card,” said troupe member Cynthia Oelkers.
