The Austin Community College Drama Department is happy to announce that our production of Iphigenia of Aulis by Euripides will be available to view on our ACC Drama Digital Green Room YouTube Channel and ACCTV.

Production is directed by Simone Alexander and will premier at 8:00 PM on December 2nd and will be available until December 12th on both the Digital Green Room and ACCTV.

The story concerns the legendary sacrifice of Iphigenia by her father, Agamemnon. When the Greek fleet is becalmed at Aulis, thus preventing movement of the expeditionary force against Troy, Agamemnon is told that he must sacrifice Iphigenia to appease the goddess Artemis.
