The Jupiter String Quartet pairs Mendelssohn’s Op. 12 Quartet with Michi Waincko’s “To Unpathed Waters, Undreamed Shores.”
“Inspiration” features the Jupiter String Quartet, whose founding cellist Daniel McDonough claims that ACMC gave him the “chamber music bug.” They pair Mendelssohn’s exuberant Op. 12 Quartet (composed when he was just 19 years old) with Michi Waincko’s internally epic “To Unpathed Waters, Undreamed Shores.”
To keep this virtual event accessible to all, the Austin Chamber Music Center is offering tickets on a sliding scale, $0–40. Tickets are valid for the live stream event as well as on-demand access through the end of May.
